Fixed fees are solicitor fees only and exclude Counsel fees and other disbursements. Every client receives a written costs agreement before we commence any work, in accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW). Fees for family, property and commercial matters are determined by the scope of work involved, and we issue a costs agreement before we commence any work, so you have full transparency from the start.
